A little rain didn't keep Adam Brody and his girlfriend, Lorene Scafaria, from venturing out for lunch in LA Saturday with a pal. Adam, along with other leading men like Jake Gyllenhaal and Brad Pitt, recently celebrated a birthday — he turned 31 last Wednesday! It seems like The O.C.'s Seth Cohen is growing up, and he's making an adult move in real estate by listing his Hollywood Hills home for $2 million. Adam's wrapping up a good year at the box office with films like The Romantics and Cop Out hitting theaters, but hopefully 2011 is even bigger for the actor. He'll be front and center in the romantic comedy The Oranges before his Scream 4 comes out, and Adam also just scored a role in the indie flick Damsels in Distress.
