Ashley Greene treated herself with a weekday night out at LA's Trousdale lounge yesterday. The Twilight star is on the West Coast after a stint in NYC, where she hung out with her parents as news broke of her split from Joe Jonas. She also had time in the Big Apple to spend St. Patrick's Day with her old flame Jared Followill, prompting some to think they're back together. Despite the speculation, you don't seem to think they're necessarily the best celeb couple out there this Spring.
