Beyoncé Knowles showed off her Rapunzel-like locks and rock 'n' roll style around NYC this afternoon. She's on the East Coast after welcoming the New Year in Las Vegas with her husband, Jay-Z. The couple were also joined by pals Gwyneth Paltrow, who recently cited Beyoncé as a source of inspiration for her character in Country Strong, and Chris Martin for the big celebration. Beyoncé has another reason to party in 2011, as she's turning 30 this year, along with 29 other celebrities.
