The Gossip Girl's flirty, girlie dress was a similar hue to the sexy gown she wore last year, only this time it was her stems she was showing off rather than some of her other famous assets. Her slicked-back hair let the ruffles get all the attention while the shade perfectly accented her tan. I don't think she looks good. The dress showcases her amazing body but it's ugly and that hairstyle is not flattering at all, in my opinion. It brings attention to her facial imperfections especially the nose which is slightly too long for her face.I
