I have one other thought. Maybe it is a stretch but I find it ironic that Kate Winslet formed an anti cosmetic surgery league with Rachel Weisz and Emma Thompson. Now Kate is probably Leo's best friend in the movie business. They are real close. I wonder if this is a message to Leo.......what are you doing with the plastic surgery queen?

Burkina, I thought I was the only one who thought that! His acting doesn't deserve an Oscar. A lot of the time he is hard to watch and he's only a big deal because he picks good scripts even if that means he only gets to work once every two years.The only thing that I like about this guy is his name. His parents did an AMAZING job. Gosh, what a friggin movie star name.

Leo is a great actor BUT he is not very versatile when it comes to picking his roles. They are kind of the same recently and sometimes it's hard to watch him doing the exact same thing over and over again. He seems desperate to win an Oscar. Maybe that's why he is doing this 'Hollywood cliche' thing. I really like this expression it's very fitting. To hype himself for the Oscar race? Has anyone realized that last time he was caught in a supermarket with her they left their stuff behind to dodge the photographers. This time paps could take pics inside the store while Leo was on his phone and Blake writing stuff. No way they didn't realize the paps. Or the tweet photos at the burger joint. Clear shots!What's happening to Leo? :o

I think Leonardo is a great actor. The older he gets the better he gets. :)

I agree. Why do you think he is above the role? His acting is so forced..I cringe watching him sometimes. He hit his peak in Gilbert Grape in my opinion.

The Great Gatsby is a tough book to make into a movie. It has been tried four times with mixed results. I know Leo has worked with Baz Luhrmann before, but I have a feeling this movie is going to turn into an expensive dud. I hope not, if anyone can pull it off, it is Leo. But why take a role that is essentially a rehash of something already done?

@whatevaaa: More and more Leo is becoming something I never thought he would.......the Hollywood "cliche" - promotional downgraded girlfriend, photo ops all over the place to keep himself and her in gossip columns, sexy sports car (even though it is a hybrid), what i believe to be a mistake (taking the role of Jay Gatsby), etc., etc. One would believe he was above that but the evidence proves otherwise.

One more photo op before he left to Australia. There are way more photos and of course they are not hiding. I agree about Gatsby. I was surprised to hear he took that role and it just seems a downgrade for him - just like his new gf.
