Blake Lively stopped at a CVS in NYC this morning to grab a new toothbrush en route to a photo shoot. The Gossip Girl star is back in the States after a trip to Paris for Fashion Week. The face of Chanel's Mademoiselle bag line was toasted at a dinner in the City of Lights, where she also fit in some retail therapy with fashionable Christian Louboutin. Blake has had time in the Big Apple to join her actor buddies like Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal for a night out supporting local theater, but she's got another big-screen role to celebrate in the upcoming coming-of-age film Hick.
