Cameron Breaks Out Her Big Guns For a Workout With Alex

Cameron Diaz hit the gym in Venice Beach yesterday with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez. She and Alex have been all about their jet-setting so far in 2011, but then seem to make time for exercise no matter where they're located — they tossed around a few tires while in Miami recently, and also went canoeing while in Hawaii. The couple was last in the Dominican Republic for a weekend baseball event, but they were soon out on the West Coast to keep the PDA coming on Valentine's Day.

Stop downing her. She can probably hold her own in the sack. Plus every guy loves if the girl can give him a little competition physically. Athletic girls w/ muscle is becoming the new thing. Women like Cameron Diaz, Kristen Bell , Audrina Patridge, Chelsea Handler, Hilary Swank, Jennifer Love Hewiit and even Michelle Obama have been flexing for cameras and showing off their arms.

Her arms look sick. That's not attractive to most men. They enjoy muscle definition, this is too much muscle for a woman. At least in the arms department, the rest of her looks great.

Looks like Madonna's arms and that is not a compliment. Tone is good, but she is clearly down to an extremely athletic, man-like body fat percentage. I liked her look better pre-ARod

I've always thought she looks boyish. Now she looks manly. Well, it's not for everyone. I guess as long as you're healthy. But as a woman, when i think I need to 'tone up' I just mean firm up things that wiggle. That's not what I want.

Cameron is a BEAUTIFUL woman but she's working out too much. When some women approach 40, they seem to panic by getting a younger boyfriend and working out to the brink of looking like a man (see Madonna, Demi Moore, etc.) Ironically, being too skinny, over exercising ages you! What drives me crazy is they don't ever consider what it does to their faces. Then the next step is botox and/or surgery......
