She stayed covered from the sun, though, with her breezy white button-down and her trademark accessory, her fedora. The actress and her crew were at the resort shortly after Hilary Duff hosted her elegant wedding to Mike Comrie there on Saturday night. Cameron was on the West Coast as her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, passed his weekend with the Yankees in Kansas City. He and his team are heading back to NYC for a game today, meaning Cameron might go east to spend more time with him and their famous pals.
