Cameron Diaz joined friends for dinner last night in NYC, and she was up this morning to make an appearance on The Today Show. She chatted all about her new film Shrek Forever After and said she's sad kids like her big fan Suri Cruise don't see her as an ogre in real life — check out Cameron's interview after the jump. Cameron's in the midst of a big promotional effort for her big movie, but she's still managing to find time to spend with Alex Rodriguez. Many of you guys don't get A-Rod's appeal, but Cameron seems plenty happy with her new romance even though she won't be turning up at his games any time soon.
