Guitar legend Carlos Santana, 63, married fiancée Cindy Blackman, 51, in Maui on Sunday! She posed outside with her bridesmaids, though inclement weather moved their actual ceremony from the beach to an indoor venue. The bride is also a successful musician, and their love story played out on stage during one of his shows over the Summer. Carlos proposed to Cindy in July during a concert right after her drum solo. It's Carlos's second wife after his divorce three years ago. It's been a huge year for celebrity weddings, and it's time to add another set of newlyweds to the list. Congrats to Carlos and Cindy!

WOW ... I'm happy for them ! I saw them in a commercial, and googled them because Carlos wife looked so much younger then I remembered. Much to my surprise, he and his wife of 34 yrs. got divorced 5 yrs ago. The women who looked exactly like his wife did 30 yrs ago, was his new wife ! I was so happy that Carlos was one of the few Rock and Rollers to stay married for so long. I was shocked to read about the divorce. I'm happy that he and his x wife are happier now. I am not judgemental at all... just cannot get over the new wife looking exactly like a much younger version of the first Mrs. Santana..Guess he stayed very young at heart ...

One good thing about being an American we have choices and her's was to where her hair natural.Im an African American and I would not have choose this do. Regardless she looks good.Sometimes we can be sensitive because we are use to our curves,bubble buts ,thick lips and natural hair to be undervalued but,times are changing and the rest of the world is catching up to what we already knew good look comes in all colors.

I don't think it was necessarily unwarranted to be put off by the comment of not liking her hair, but I wouldn't be offended either. I've had my hair relaxed for all my life and for the past 5 months I've worn it natural. My husband prefers the latter and most people are receptive. It may seem sensitive, but for many Black women it's a source of conflict. People have been telling us for years that we or our hair are not attractive and to be accepted you must conform to "the norm", which is bone straight, shiny hair. Our hair naturally does not do that and I can see why she may have been offended by the comment, because the hair shouldn't matter. If she's comfortable with it and her husband likes it, why should anyone else have anything to say about it? BTW, my husband is White. He doesn't like me with straight hair, lol. I've contemplated relaxing again and he's 100% against it.

Saying it's offensive not to like her hair is ridiculous! So what if it is her natural hair, 90% of us wouldn't wear our hair in it's natural state on our wedding day, we spend hours brushing, sleeking, curling, teasing...etc. That said, I think her hair works for her really nicely and she looks really beautiful, hair and all (IMO) but to claim it is offensive when someone doesn't like it is a bit much, it's oversensitive.

Amazing. That is what I would say. Her hair, smile, dress, location of wedding, man, flowers, simplicity, all amazing. I guess 50 is the new 30! Besides, i've always thought age was overrated. But, what I don't understand is the hypocrasy. Mariah Carey is only 10 yrs older than Nick Cannon and she's called everything from a cradle robber to a baby snatcher. Yet, Santana's 12 yrs older than this lady and she's his age group? I though 12 was more than 10! How'd that happen? Fuzzy numbers or double standard? Well, the good news for Mariah, by the time u guys get in yoru 50s and 60s the world will leave u alone and just dismiss it as "well, they're in the same age group".

Congrats to both of them. Regarding age difference, my mother married 2 men who were 12 years older than she was. It doesn't make that much difference when you get older. They did not seem to be out of sync at all. So, yes, he did marry someone in his own age group. They both look good. Hope they are happy forever. :) And I love the hair too!

She looks fabulous and while she is not his age, she is still older than most next wives :-) Rarely see Men marrying women in their 50's no matter how good they look even among non celeb types so big up to Santana.Congrats to them.

She looks STUNNING! Her dress, gorgeous smile, and big, bodacious kinky hair make her one of the most beautiful brides I've ever seen. I've got thick, #naturalHair as well, and I'd love to wear my hair like this for my wedding, plus a tiara and veil! Way to go Cindy Blackman: you've just became a role-model for brides to be who recognize that beautiful hair doesn't have to be STRAIGHT hair!

Her name is Cindy Blackman. She's a drummer who played for Lenny Kravitz for a long time, and is a very accomplished jazz drummer.

I find the "Not liking the hair" comment offensive. Her is naturally that way so why shouldn't she wear it like that? My hair is the exact same texture and I would totally wear my hair like that on my wedding day. I suppose she needed to to have a smooth and shiny updo or curls cascading down her shoulders to meet your standards. Well, we are all not born with the same hair texture and sometimes it's just easier to work with what you've got and make the most of it. And thats exactly what she did. Her hair ROCKS!

Great-looking woman! Congrats! However, she's not "his age", she's 12 YEARS YOUNGER. No one would say that a woman marrying a man 12 years her junior was marrying a man "her age".
