Courteney Cox was up early for an appearance on Good Morning America in NYC today. She slipped into a sexy white dress after donning a tight black number to chat with David Letterman last night. Courteney's making the rounds to promote Scream 4, which comes out tomorrow — read Buzz's Scream 4 review! She's also been chatting about her tumultuous relationship with David Arquette. Courteney talked on The Late Show about denying David's recent sexual advances, but she did tell ABC's Robin Roberts that despite the drama the duo are in a really good place right now. Their friendliness was apparent this morning when they were spotted together outside of Courteney's hotel before she and Coco were picked up by a car. Courteney should be back in LA soon since she's set to stop by the Jimmy Kimmel Show next week, after her funny, bloody movie makes its debut at the box office.
