David Duchovny joined his Californication costars Natasha McElhone and Madeleine Martin on the Venice Beach set on Thursday evening. They're hard at work on their series' fourth season, which will feature a Brad Pitt-inspired cameo from Rob Lowe. There are even more special appearances to come with Tommy Lee and Carla Gugino on board. Their show returns to HBO in September, and it'll be interesting to see what lies next for Hank Moody and his family after their last big cliffhanger.
