The Breakthrough of the Year Awards were held in LA last night, and some of the rising stars of TV and film were on hand to accept honors. Glee's Dianna Agron took a break from her Britney Spears routines and arrived at the event in a lovely Carolina Herrera dress. 90210 stars Jessica Stroup and Trevor Donovan came out to support a Herve Leger-wearing AnnaLynne McCord, who won standout breakthrough performance. Jessica Szohr left her Gossip Girl costars back in NYC in order to accept her breakthrough actress in film statue for her role in the upcoming Piranha 3D. Sofia Vergara was still glowing from her Summer vacation in order to be honored by her friend and Modern Family costar Julie Bowen.
