George Clooney was at work on The Ides of March today in Ann Arbor, MI. George is pulling double duty on the political thriller, since he's directing as well as starring alongside Ryan Gosling and Evan Rachel Wood. So far, production has already taken the good-looking trio from Cincinnati to Detroit. Despite the jet-setting schedule, Ryan has taken advantage of gaps in shooting to visit some animal friends and spend a night out with Olivia Wilde. George also made time for the lady in his life during a break, sharing dinner with Elisabetta Canalis and his parents in his Kentucky hometown a few weeks ago. His mom and dad are clearly some of his biggest supporters and even visited the set to meet everyone when they were in Ohio.
