Girls come in all shapes and sizes with some healthier than others. Obese and skinny are not okay. Think about the young girls that read this site and the effect it has on their self-esteem when commentators say Gisele looks healthy. Bones sticking out has never been medically classified as healthy. There is a reason why the fashion industry is always under fire and these pictures are the reason. FYI regarding her skin - welcome to photoshop! I think she's a great model - but she's not to be considered a role model.

oh please! she has shining hair,healthy skin no under eye bags, she is glowing and full of health! that is something that made her famous compared to all the pale sick waif models!!! she looks fine. yes she is thinner after baby but nothing new. She looks just like how she did in 2001-2004, which were thin years for her. She was thick (for a model) in 2005-2008 and some of the fashion industry even called her fat. Look at her ab muscles and thigh muscles! she is perfectly toned and healthy. Cindy Crawford who is known for being curvy even has a picture of her leaning over with her spinal cord poking out. Same with Stephanie Seymour. they were very healthy. Get over it! thin girls when leaning over their bones show! something some of you obviously aren't familiar with. If you lean over and you have no bones showing, you should lose some weight.

Im 5'9 and my bones show yet I weigh more than my short stubby friends. tall girls have bigger bones. I am thin up top (face,shoulders,stomach) and thicker on bottom. It means nothing. Gisele is just tall and thin and her muscle weighs more than fat. She is absolute vision of health and vibrance!!!! The only people who may have a problem are the overweight women who think fat around a backbone is more normal than seeing actual structure.
