Well, I'd recommend skipping on back to the last picture where you can very clearly see defined/toned quads and hamstrings. Just because she's lean doesn't mean she lacks muscle tone. That's a 3 1/2" heel tops with a platform sole.

She models half naked so it goes without saying she has muscle tone. Without it she would be thin, but she wouldn't look good naked. Not all people build bulkier muscle. It depends on what works out you do and what your natural body type is. Dancers, track and bicycle athletes are in tip top shape but most don't build bulky muscle.

I'm looking at the one where she is wearing 5" plus heels which will accentuate all but the flimsiest calf muscle. I stand by my critique.

I don't know what picture YOU'RE looking at, but "very little muscle tone" doesn't describe this woman AT ALL. That calf muscle alone shoots that description down all by itself. She is constantly photographed coming from the gym or out runnign around. Her legs are amazing and seem like the perfect combination of genetic luck and hard work. Lucky Gisele!

dress, not so much but I like the shoes...she does look like a stork, that's the appeal I think..well that and being 6ft tall and 120lbs (assuming she's that much)

She looks like a stork. She simply has good genes. She has very little muscle tone so I doubt she's very active. I imagine she eats little and sensible. She's just naturally skinny having a body type that 99% of women cannot naturally achieve no matter what they do. Natural selection was kind to her for what our society desires.

Gisele credits kung fu,yoga,and sports such as volleyball and horseback riding for her body. :) and in general just staying active as much as possible and trying to eat healthy,natural foods. I know I love the long lean look too! I am 5'9 but tend to get bulky and muscular when I work out too much,(I actually gain weight, lol) I have to try so hard to look lean! ugh not fair. I guess it's a matter of body type too.
