Emma Watson Touches Down in NYC For Harry's Next Screening

Emma Watson wore a customized Burberry trench and had her studded Knight bag in hand yesterday when she arrived in NYC. The actress touched down in the Big Apple ahead of this evening's premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I, which she's expected to attend along with costars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. The Marie Claire cover girl was last in London, where she kicked of her promotional work for the film with a press conference and UK screening. Despite her busy work schedule, Emma made time to party with her colleagues and catch up with other pals. Emma is no stranger to red carpets after showing off a range of amazing dresses over the years — stay tuned to see what she picks out for tonight's event!

MUST HAVE that trench coat and that bag!! WOW! I think Emma will continue to have a very successful acting career, but she will also dabble in fashion and who knows what else. The girl, excuse me, woman is multi-talented and obviously is passionate about a lot of things...not just acting. So, whatever Emma does in the future, it will be amazing.

You can get any clothing customized if you bring it to a tailor. They may not be a famous designer but they will do as good of a job. Natalie is definitely not heading towards Hollywood trash. She is the actress to beat for young Hollywood. She gets weighty rolls offered to her and she will be an Oscar nominee this year for Black Swan not to mention this would be her second Oscar nomination...

Funny you should mention Portman. She just sold out and is on the way to Funkytown as we speak. (so disappointed in her...) I agree, I hope she lives in England. I wish she had gone to college in England. If I were famous I'd make like Tina Turner and Nina Simone and move to Europe myself!!

she doesn't have to be a Hollywood trash but still maintain her elite status and acting career.. like Natalie Portman is doing it really well.. I do hope that Emma can move back to London after college to be away from annoying Hollywood influence. Emma is way too cool than that..

i forgot what I was gonna say... after reading splork thinking 'what a poser.' (I hope a cube monkey screws up your life ins. policy) Oh yeah... I'd rather be a happy-ass, clean living, peasant in peace than some hounded, nouveau riche Hollywood trash too. Good for you Emma!! It's not like the girl has to ever work again anyway. keep up...

Wonder what she does after University. I've read where she's not a fan of movie-making and wants to be normal. She's smart and all, but does she want to be cube monkeys/wage slaves like many of us? Is that the normalcy she thinks she wants? She's had a taste of being elite. Will she reduce herself to peasantry?
