Heidi Klum carried a bracelet-wearing baby Lou out of an NYC restaurant on Tuesday, right behind Leni, Henry, and Johan. The supermodel, Seal, and their four kids have taken advantage of the Big Apple's Summer weather with family outings and playdates, but as usual, Heidi's been hard at work. The self-proclaimed soccer fan tooted a vuvuzela on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last week and recently stripped down to nothing for German GQ. She's gearing up for the return of Project Runway — July 29 brings the eighth season, which will stretch each episode to 90 minutes instead of 60, and Heidi will also appear with her husband on their new reality show Love's Divine.
