Jennifer Aniston hit up the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood with a group on Saturday night. She sported some sky-high wedges and a hot leather jacket for the evening out on the town. The ever-popular Friends alum is home in LA to take care of some promotional duties for Just Go With It, including a stop to chat with her girl friend Chelsea Handler last week. Jennifer has a small press junket to take care of tomorrow as well where she'll also be meeting our contest winner!
