Jessica Simpson held onto Eric Johnson with one hand and toted her Bottega Veneta handbag in the other on her way to dinner in NYC last night. Jessica and Eric touched down in the Big Apple yesterday after hanging around LA for the last few weeks. While in California, Jessica spent a day by the beach on a tandem bicycle with Eric, met up with her sister at a photo shoot, and celebrated Mother's Day with her parents. She also lounged in the sun with her shirtless fiancé and tweeted her appreciation for his backside with a photo, which was just one of the many fun celebrity Twitter pictures of the week. Jessica and Eric seem to be enjoying their time as an engaged couple, though they'll soon take the next step since Jessica Simpson and Eric set a wedding date and have enlisted the help of planner Mindy Weiss for their big day.
