Jessica Simpson Helps Light Up NYC and Rockefeller Center's Tree

Jessica Simpson had an amazing time singing last night at NYC's Rockefeller Center during the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. It was the latest of Jess's holiday endeavors, after she walked in last week's Thanksgiving parade and recorded her end-of-year TV special. Her traditions are different this time around, though, as her new fiancé, Eric Johnson, is a part of the Simpson fun. Their engagement was one of November's biggest stories, and their wedding is sure to be one of 2011's. Jess and Eric hosted a recent meal for both their parents, according to Life & Style, so their families could get to know each other more before the duo tie the knot in a ceremony rumored to be in just a few months.
