Nicole Richie and Joel Madden spent a few hours yesterday at an LA mall with their kids, Harlow and Sparrow. Joel's a big fan of hitting the shopping center with Harlow, and it looks like Sparrow's finally getting big enough to go along. Sparrow sported a hot tot trend, nautical stripes, to go along with his always-cool fauxhawk. Joel bought himself a fancy new camera, which will come in handy during Good Charlotte's upcoming Summer tour. It's a cross-country trip that Nicole is apparently getting excited for already.
