Josh Brolin Spotted Kissing Marley Shelton — OMG or No Big Deal?

Josh Brolin has a reputation for being a bad boy and the latest controversy stems from these photos showing the actor kissing his three-time costar Marley Shelton after the two had lunch together in LA a few weeks ago. His rep was quick to deny that the lip-lock between the actors, both of whom are married, meant anything. Still, that hasn't entirely put to rest the rumors of an affair and it's not the first time he's been thought to be cheating on Diane Lane. I am split on this. I don't think it's anything serious going on with these 2 and they are just friend because lets face it they are out in public during the middle of the day there are going to be people seeing them so I don't think they are that dumb. I do think it's a little disrespectful to their spouses to be kissing like that in public...I mean the lip to lip kiss for good friends isn't a big deal but the touch of the face and the hold while doing it makes it look like more.

Maybe a quick peck but the way he's holding her face is making this look not so friendly to me. But hey this is Hollywood, who knows what these people are thinking.

Totally suss. I used to have such a soft spot for Josh (The Goonies is the best movie ever made) but this is the behaviour of a total shit.

They both obviously have realized that there are photographers there, and I don't think that either of them would be stupid enough to do a more-than-friendly kiss in a public setting like that.

This is how he rolls. There were pictures of him with a chick straddling him in a bar earlier last year full on having a groping makeout session in full view. He's totally disgusting. He shows no respect for his wife.

The only male friends I kiss like that are gay. And they don't grab my face as if they're going to make out with me when it happens. And I don't grab their back like I want to embrace them. A quick peck - that's all. This looks like more to me.

To me the giveaway is this; when a man holds a woman's face in his hands when he kisses her, it's intimate and means he thinks of her more than just close friends....

This is only excusable if it's for a film and I see no cameras around. Even if there's no tongue, he still grabbed her face...looks passionate to me! Diane Lane is a freakin fox, he'd be stupid to be Unfaithful!

Um, if Josh Brolin has a habit of kissing his female friends like that, there should be dozens of pics of him doing this already. That pic can be misleading though, sometimes the angle taken at that exact point in time can show as if they're french kissing...then again, what do I know. Maybe he's cheating or they all have open marriages. All I know is, usually they're not that dumb to flaunt an affair openly, unless they're already separated from respective exes.

I've seen friends kiss like that before--mostly with affectionate humor and since they are smiling away at the paparazzi in full view I don't find this photo troubling. What I find more bothersome than these rumors that he cheats are the persistent nasty stories that he hits her--one of which I believe that LAPD might be able to verify.

my BFF's hubby is a lip kisser - ever since i've known him he's always kissed me on the lips when we greet or say goodbye -which is a little weird because I'm a cheek-kiss-greeter (i'm latin - we hug and kiss everyone), and it's funny because my BFF and I actually talked about it as she was taken aback when other friends of ours did the lip kiss thing too, not because we had to "talk" about it...LOL. HOWEVER he doesn't grab my face like that!
