Kate Hudson brought her son, Ryder, along to an appointment in LA yesterday after picking him up from class. The 6-year-old went back to school last week upon returning to California after a Summer vacation overseas. Kate and Ryder explored parts of Europe with her boyfriend, Matt Bellamy, including stops in Switzerland and Austria, where his band, Muse, had shows. At the moment Kate is happy to take a break from making movies, though she has a few completed projects like Earthbound and Something Borrowed in postproduction awaiting release dates.
