Katie Holmes Goes Vegan For Lunch With Isabella

Katie Holmes carried her new go-to bag, a CH Carolina Herrera tote, out to lunch at vegan restaurant Gorilla Food with her stepdaughter Isabella Cruise in Vancouver yesterday. Katie has been commuting back and forth between Canada and California for the past few months, and spent the weekend taking care of errands at home in LA. She's also on a break from work on Jack and Jill while her costar Adam Sandler promotes his new movie Just Go With It. Katie will also have press duties to care of soon since her miniseries The Kennedys found a home on The ReelzChannel and will air starting on April 3. The executive producer recently spoke about the project's troubles saying he was "blindsided" by the controversy, and might think twice before depicting another high-powered political family.

I love that food place! They've got great raw/vegan foods, its weird thinking that a celebrity went to a place I used to go on a regular basis, and its not like its some super posh restaurant, its just a cute underground hippy eatery. I miss Vancouver....

i think that it's sweet that she's making time for bella and i hope that everyone's happy in that family. it's not her best look though - the frumpy thing but i guess comfy works.
