Lauren Conrad worked out with a friend at an LA park yesterday while filming her new TV show. She's already a pro in front of the cameras, and she used her expertise in a recent cameo as herself in BFF and Baby before heading to the East Coast earlier this week. She attended VH1's Save the Music Gala in NYC, where she stepped on stage despite her nerves. Lauren fit a little girl time into her trip and now that she's home is getting back to work on her small screen project and next clothing line.
