Paris Hilton put on her bikini and headed to the beach in Cabo today with her boyfriend, Cy Waits. The two spent Christmas in Hawaii with her family, but decided to trade in the tropical paradise for another relaxing retreat to welcome the New Year. The make-out-loving couple snuck in a few kisses as they frolicked around in the sand. They're the latest to join the long list of celebrities who will be celebrating New Year's Eve in Mexico.

Paris is a embarresment to herself and has done nothing to contribute to society but use and get busted for drugs and running around the world with her 'latest" boytoy. I remember when she first got busted and was released from jail, she told Larry King..I messed up and I am going to use my wealth and standing to work hard and in public to help and support many charities close to her heart. Ha! The only thing close to her heart is her ego and next fix.
