Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits threw caution to the wind and enjoyed a very public kissing session at brunch in LA yesterday. Her microphone cords didn't seem to get in the way, as the whole episode was captured by cameras for her upcoming return to reality TV. Their PDA went on for so long that Paris even needed to touch up her lip gloss!
