Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth spent a rare afternoon without any of their daughters running errands together in LA yesterday after recently returning from a family vacation where we saw shirtless Peter. He's on a break from doctoring duties on Nurse Jackie and the Twilight saga, but he's got a big job to take care of starting next week. He's joining Jessica Alba, Alicia Keys, and many others as a judge at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival.
