Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy Look to Expand Their Real Estate Empire in Malibu

Kate Hudson and her boyfriend Matt Bellamy stuck together in Malibu on Saturday to tour a massive estate. The couple, who are expecting their first child together later this year, are evidently looking to plant some serious roots in LA, where Kate's parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, live. The property they looked at is a $15 million, five-acre spread with five bedrooms, a tennis court, a pool, and much more! Kate also apparently just made another big real estate purchase in London closer to Matt's England-based family. Matt was recently in the UK himself in order to attend the Shockwaves NME Awards. While there, he reportedly spoke to a journalist about the experience of becoming a first-time father and stepdad to Kate's son Ryder. He said, "Ryder is loving [the pregnancy] . . . The first trimester was a bit tough, but now she's doing really well."

I don't think they'll last long. Honestly, from what I see, Kate doesn't know a thing about Matt, also count on the conspiracy theories ;D Anyway, if they're planning on a family...they should get married (hope not) usually, no marriage leads to broken families without much connection, like "my dad is just some guy my mom dated" their child would probably say IF they break up. Just hope Matt knows what he's doing.

I don't remember the last box office disaster Kate was in (she has zero talent) and have no idea who he is and completely don't understand how they have so much money to buy such expensive houses. Surely she has a house since she lives in LA. I don't see these two together for the long haul at all. Can't stand her. And can't stand conspicuous consumption.

lol - i think that it's nice that they are planning to buy all these houses - it's just a LOT of money to be plunking down so quickly don't you think? i just hope that this doesn't turn into a halle/gabriel thing where they end up not liking each other too much w/o being married. :) i like them as a couple though - so don't think that i'm a hater
