Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen were back in front of the cameras in Cannes today. She was in a bustier and pants from Monique Lhuillier for the debut of Sleeping Beauty following a screening of their own film, Midnight in Paris, at the festival last night. Rachel wore a gorgeous lace Marchesa gown on yesterday's red carpet, which was the first the couple walked together since going public with their romance last October. Rachel kept the fun coming afterward by stepping out in a baby blue dress with a plunging neckline to attend an afterparty with a pal, though neither Michael nor any of their costars were spotted going along to the bash. She and Michael are one of many hot couples expected to appear during the week-long cinema event, including Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as well as Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem.
