Rachel Zoe dressed her baby bump in head-to-toe black around LA yesterday. She headed to lunch at Toast with her husband, Rodger Berman, and her niece, who she's shared shopping trips with before. Rachel's been out and about this week, and while she's prepping for the March arrival of her first son, she's also been busy getting her clients ready for Sunday's Oscars. She's helped Anne Hathaway make a statement on the red carpet before, and this time Rachel's work will be even more front and center since Anne's hosting the show. WoW! I can not believe that, that woman is 39?! It's so weird she looks older than my grand-mother! What have she done to herself through the years? I'm happy that she's pregnant and all but the pregnatcy doesn't make her look any prettier or normal just like pregnant people are sepose to be!

I am so happy for her!! She looks well and healthy, I am thrilled that she was able to have a baby,, she is so small and thin I wondered if she would be able to concieve and carry, but she looks great, I don't see how she's in those heels though! I couldn't do that when pregnant with my son,, or now for that matter!! Congratulations to her!!

Wearing heels tilts your uterus while pregnant and makes for a difficult delivery and possible C section. Opening of the uterus and the vaginal passage way will not be lined up. for frequent heel wearer you open up the possibility to fall on your stomach and injure yourself and the baby, and could cause a still born birth. Im am an ob-gyn.

Having grown up in L.A. my whole life I must say that, although I find Rachel's show entertaining, she is the poster child for the superficial. If she wants to wear 4-5 inch heels- it's her life BUT heels are actually dangerous for your back and spine during pregnancy- and I'm more than sure her doc told her that. It's normal to judge people based one what we know of them and Rachel seems like the type to wear Hermes scarfs while the baby is throwing up- it's kind of unrealistic and I hope this baby gives her a wake up call.

Women are so vicious and nasty. Give a girl a break, she's been living in heals probably her entire life, I know myself when I walk in flats on occasion to give my feet a rest, it makes me walk awkward and can't balance properly and keep dragging my feet so I think it's rather dangerous for her to switch foot gears to accomodate pregancy jmo.

I am still not convinced that she is pregnant. That bump looks fake and her chest bones are still protruding out of her chest. And who on earth wears shoes like that when they are this far along in their pregnancy?? NO, I will believe she is pregnant when I see that baby crowing.

um at 39 a pregnancy is considered high risk especially if there's been a loss previously as is rumoured to be Rachel's case so yes wearing heels during pregnancy can be dangerous. unless your not walking around as in appearing on tv to promote a lifestyle line. though that doesn't really go for a singleton pregnancy which is Rachel's case but more for multiples as is Mariah Carey's case though she'll be 41 when the twins are born not that that's old to have children oscar winner Audrey Hepburn had her youngest son Luca at 41 in 1970 though she did have her 4th miscarriage 4 years later at 45

Anonymous #3 Come on already, if you're used to wearing heels there shouldn't be any danger in wearing them while pregnant either. I'm sure Rachel has lived most of her life in heels, she can handle it!
