Reese Witherspoon had the afternoon off from work and went to lunch with Jim Toth in Beverly Hills yesterday. The two looked ready for a meeting in their business attire, which is a departure from the usual relaxed weekend wear. She's been juggling her time between two men this Summer — she gets to make out with Robert Pattinson while filming Water for Elephants, but her real-life romance includes relaxing walks on the beach with Jim. As Reese relaxed, Rob was without his partner-in-crime on set where he flashed a sexy smile between scenes.

These two don't look blissfully in love at all, they look like they just kind of like each other. Weird for a relationship that's only six months old. This relationship won't last until next summer.

Anyone believing Reese was dumping Jake is really stupid. After a serious relationship, whoever moves on quickly and loudly is always the dumpee, not the dumper. Especially in this case when Reese paid sources to talk sh*t about Jake all the time (like calling him and their relationship immature, etc...), it's certain that REESE WAS DUMPED. Calling Jake immature while I see her being way less mature and has less class than Jake so far. I am even more sure that if now Jake steps out with another lady, then there will be more sh*t news about Jake coming out from her sources. She will marry Toth right after Jake has another girl to make him mad. Reese is really a dumbf*rt in my mind. I will never waste a dime to go see her stupid movies. It's better spent on Jake's movies than hers...

my 6 cents - there was a blind about an actress who was playing beard for an actor and dumped his @$$ for her real boyfriend, whom she was with for a long time (during the charade)...I think it's them, they look like they're quite familiar with each other lol...Jake was not real, it's the ongoing effort to keep him in the closet, which is moot at this point b/c nobody would care...it's not as if he's Robert Pattinson, where millions of ladies (myself included) are going to faint if that dude turns out to like balls lmao...anyway, I like her dress

It looks like they decided to hold hands when they noticed the camera. Just like her last relationship and the second half of her marriage I think this relationship is much more business than pleasure.

it's nice to see her so happy although i'm still a bit baffled about how fast she was able to go from jake to jim after being in that relationship for so long and how involved he was with her kids. oh well. as long as everyone's happy.
I don't find him attractive at all. And is Reese afraid of being single? She jumped right from Jake to this guy and has already introduced him to her children. And if I remember it correctly the ink was barely dry on her divorce papers when she started dating Jake. We give Kate Hudson a hard time about that but the only thing Reese has going is that she manages to keep her guys for a longer time.

Are you sure this is Jim Toth and not a stunt double? I know he has that toothpick stuck in his mouth which is typical of Toth's social acumen. But he also has on shoes and not just flipflops! That's big boy pants with a shirt and tie! Was this the meeting about Reese being booted from Tom Cruise's country movie that's been recast with an all Scientology cast?
