Reese Witherspoon flashed a smile as she left a friend's house in LA this afternoon. She didn't show off her sparkly new engagement diamond, though, as she kept her hands hidden in her pockets. Reese was also spotted sans ring while on a jog with Jim Toth over the weekend after they announced their plans to marry just last week. She'll be able to share the exciting news with her Water for Elephants costar Robert Pattinson when they hit the road to promote their movie.
