Reese and Ryan Reunite For Ava's Equestrian Afternoon!

Reese Witherspoon visited the Neil George Salon in LA on Friday and watched Deacon's soccer game on Saturday, but yesterday she reunited with Ryan Phillippe to see their daughter Ava compete in a horseback riding event in LA. Ryan recently revealed that he maintains a great relationship with Reese, and it seems like the kids are still their common bond since this is one of the first times the exes have been pictured together since their 2007 divorce. Ryan also confessed to feeling sad about their split while doing the press rounds for MacGruber, but that's not stopping him from moving on with a new lady friend. Reese, meanwhile, is going strong with her boyfriend, Jim Toth, and currently has the joy of sharing Robert Pattinson's company while working on Water for Elephants.

I think Ryan is happy to be divorced, loves his kids and has no animosity toward Reese. She on the other hand looks like she hates his guts. She turned around and took just Ava out with Jim Toth on the same afternoon as the pony show. Why does Reese need her boyfriend around when she has her kids? Why can't she spend one on one time with them? I think she has been sending Ryan messages first with Jake and now with Jim since he left her. Too bad for Reese I think her thoughtfully planned messages go right over his curly blond head. Move on Reese.

I never really believed that the whole Jim Toth thing was as serious as the tabloids made it out to seem. I think it was all just to make Jake Gyllenhaal jealous since the dates of their "candid" photos almost always corresponded with something that Jake was doing. Anyway, I agree with everyone above, I think she and Ryan should get back together. They totally deserve each other.

wow,i almost cry when i was looking at those pictures. im a fan of them,i couldn't imagine how they are reunited for a while for Ava.Will that be Ava's little clever plan lol? anyway, i agree Anonymous #3 Even though Ryan cheated Reese, Reese looks normal in those pictures, they were the best couple for me. i hope they'll get back together.

Even though he cheated on her I still think they were a great couple. They were like one of those rare happy Hollywood couples. Maybe one day they'll get back together. That would also be great for the kids.

These pix look like amateur shots so someone at the event invaded the family's privacy. Since Reese & Ryan co-parent their children there are probably lots of opportunities for people to take their pictures together, but they don't. So shame on the person here who did it. But with that said, gotta also say, AWWW: Deacon leaning against his dad, later pleading with mom, and Ava getting a congradulatory hug from her father while her mother smiles on.

Rumor has it that Reese and Jim are on the outs. Apparently they spend very little time together anymore, even when Reese is back from shooting her movie up north, and may have broken up (or may be taking a break, cooling things off).
