Ryan Gosling touched down at JFK yesterday with his guitar in hand and a grin on his face. The actor headed east after making a quick pit stop in LA this week, fresh from his recent trip home to Canada. He's enjoying some time off from his busy work schedule ahead of his upcoming journey to Cannes, where he's expected to reunite with leading ladies Christina Hendricks and Carey Mulligan as they premiere their action thriller Drive. He's a familiar face at the festival, having debuted Blue Valentine there with Michelle Williams last year. The excursion to France will be the start of what's gearing up to be a demanding Summer for Ryan. Fans also recently got a sneak peek at him, and his impressive abs, in a trailer for his upcoming movie Crazy, Stupid, Love, which hits theaters in July. He's also looking ahead to some future projects, and is in talks to join fellow sexy stars Josh Brolin and Sean Penn in Gangster Squad.
