Ryan Phillippe pulled through the drive-through window of an In-N-Out in LA yesterday. He was apparently watching his carbs since he chose a protein style burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. Ryan's fast-food meal was on the heels of a fancier feast he had at BOA on Wednesday night. The actor seemed to be solo for both recent dinners, but he had plenty of company over the weekend. Ryan Phillippe was spotted with ex Reese Witherspoon at Deacon's flag football game and the divorced couple appeared to be on good terms since they even shared a blanket while cheering on their son. I highly doubt it was an employee as those photos are taken across from the customer waiting area to pick up food.

haha Well...it's not a doctor's visit, but it seems a little unethical for an employee to be taking pictures of a customer despite who they are.

I come on PopSugar, so obviously I love slebs. But the thought of an employee taking a picture of someone sitting in the drive-through, and then selling it, really creeps me out.
