Sandra Bullock spent her very first Mother's Day in New Orleans with her baby son, Louis. She brought him on a trip to an art gallery and later put on a dress to bring him along for a special afternoon meal at the city's Commander's Palace restaurant. Sandra received a belated present yesterday, when she picked up four nominations at this year's MTV Movie Awards!
