Sarah Jessica Parker had her hands full this morning as she left her NYC home with a nanny and her 15-month-old twins, Tabitha and Marion, who goes by her middle name Loretta. The foursome headed out for a day out in the city, while their older brother, James Wilkie, was off to school in his rain jacket with dad Matthew Broderick. Sarah Jessica has been in mommy mode lately, taking a quick break to jet to London for a few shows and tend to her Halston duties during New York Fashion Week.
