Sarah Jessica Parker carried one of her twin daughters into their Manhattan home yesterday. Tabitha and Marion are fast approaching their first birthday on June 22 — they've grown so much since SJP and Matthew shared their first family photo! The actress is also moving out of Sex and the City 2 mania and onto her next venture as Work of Art, the reality competition show she executive produced for Bravo, premieres tonight. SJP is a patron of all the arts, especially in NYC, where she paid tribute to the late Alexander McQueen and his "beautiful hands" at this week's CFDA Awards.
