Sarah Jessica Parker was a chic mom this morning in NYC as she dropped her son James Wilkie off at school. The Parker-Broderick family appears to be gearing up for Halloween, and SJP looked more than ready to dive into Fall style this morning in a blue velvet coat and bold scarf, which she paired with her eternally popular and highly-requested hair color. After indulging her stylish side at London Fashion Week, she's back home and spending much of her time with her three children. She stepped out with her twins for a day at the park over the weekend and frequently takes her oldest one back and forth to class.

I can't resist when she dresses like this, the blue velvet coat + mini is very stylish, I don't ever want her to change.

That is an incredible outfit for just walking around and doing errands. Then again, she is quite fabulous.
