The lucky actor took advantage of the 70-degree January weather, though he was covered up slightly with high socks and now-standard facial scruff. He's sported the hairy look since wrapping Transformers: Dark of the Moon late last year. Shia's now able to enjoy some downtime, which allows him to line up new roles and have late nights with his lady friends — and it sounds like one member of young Hollywood, Miranda Cosgrove, would love to be a part of his social circle.
