I noticed I was using a lot of blues, greys, blacks lately, so I wanted to do a fun summery look while it's still summer.
I want to call this eye: Pink lady (I'm watching Grease with a friend tonight)
To start my face I cleansed it, using Diadermine soft mousse (dry & sensitive skin).

After cleansing I used the Thinny Thin Chin on my neck using an upward motion. It's very warm here today and I didn't want to put layers of SPF on (there is also SPF in my bronzer), so I used the Superdefence to keep my skin happy and safe. Lastly I used the Dior eye creme again simply because it was the nearest.

I was in a bit of a hurry because it is a "long" drive to where we're going today so I did almost everything on my face with my fingers, simply because it's quicker. I started with the Photo Finish all over my face (except my eyelids) and followed this with a mixture of 50% foundation and 50% bronzer to give me a healthy glow. I used the concealer straight out of the tube under my eyes and blended this with my fingers as well. Over the concealer I used the Photo Op, I know it's an under eye brightener but putting it over the concealer makes it look more skin like and gives it a natural look. I used the fanbrush to place the Prismissime on the apples of my cheeks. When using a fanbrush, remember you're supposed to almost not feel the brush touch your skin, that way the colours on your cheeks looks very natural and you can build the colour to your preference.

I started with the Urban Decay Eye Shadow Primer Potion (not photographed) to give my eyes a base. I'm using very popping colours today, therefor I didn't use anything to make my brows pop, the colour is supposed to be the main focus. Using the all over shadow brush I placed the lightest colour of the Panorama trio all over my eye. The colour is white in the trio, but on your skin it turns almost translucent and I really like it. Using the large eye shadow brush I placed Hotpants on my eyelid and on my lower lashline. Hotpants is one of those colours that you think you'll never use, but use pretty regularly at the end.
I turned the Dazzle Dust upside down and then right side up to put some of the pigment on the lid, this really is all the colour you need. It's a very bright colour and a little really goes a very long way. Dipping the rounded crease brush in the Cherry red and then starting at the outer corner of my crease I worked it in and up blending the colour out as you go up and in. I also used the Cherry red on the outer bit of my lower lashline. The colour was very very bright in the crease and I toned it down a very little bit with the rounded crease brush and a LITTLE but of the purple from the Panorama in the corner only. I did want the brightness, but because it's a bright colour the crease looked strange and not crease like, all the attention and light went there and you need a little dark in the crease to give your eye more depth.
I curled my lashes and used one coat of the Blinc mascara again. I had to get used to how you take this mascara off, if you use a wiping motion you have black grit everywhere around your face, you really need to place a cotton pad with eye makeup remover on the lashes and then let it sink in and pull down. If you do it this way, you pull the tube off the lashes in one piece. The only thing that still bugs me is that the lashes feel so hard when you wear this.
Notice how my eyes look more blue when wearing pink.
The nice thing about pink is that it goes with blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes. I think most eyes can wear pink, and the brighter colours depend more on skintone then eyecolour to look good.
On my lips I used Bourjois Nourishing Lipbalm (with gold mini glitters) because it's pretty but neutral.
My mum got an Estee Lauder Pure White Linnen tester and gave it to me, I love it, so that was the fresh scent I wore today.
