She's got powerhouse pipes, killer style and a Grammy nomination to boot. But what I really envy about Pink is her serious six-pack. (I mean, who isn't excited to see her show her tummy off in another hot gown like this one?!) Lucky for us, the singer's flat abs are far more attainable than her musical talent or pricey designer duds.

"I started working with Pink in 2006 to get conditioned for a very grueling tour which would require deeper core strength than she was used to," says celebrity trainer Juliet Kaska. "Killer abs are definitely her signature body part!"

Her go-to move? Weighted ball abdominal crunches. "She needed to hang from silks while belting out her songs and it was moves like this that got her in shape," says Kaska. Now you can get the same effect in your own living room--minus the acrobatics!

But you can't possibly grasp how beautiful that is until you have your child," the pop star told People about becoming a parent. Since giving birth to supercute little Willow in June 2011, Pink hasn't slowed down at all, toting her tot on trips to London, New York, and Australia; releasing her sixth album, The Truth About Love, in September; and prepping for a world tour in 2013. "We're taking her on the road and calling it the Willow Tour, because as long as it works for her, I'm there," Pink told Shape magazine. Pink took her daughter, Willow, to the playground at Malibu Country Mart, where the mother and daughter were seen playing on the slide and swings together yesterday. Pink had Willow's dad, Carey Hart, as her date earlier this month at the American Music Awards. She gave a memorable performance at the show in support of her latest album, The Truth About Love. The CD has been a big success, rising to the No. 1 spot on the charts following its September release. Pink and Carey made a trip to Sydney with Willow shortly after the debut to clock some well-deserved vacation time by the beach, but in 2013, Pink will be hard at work as she hits the road for a world tour.

Many of music's biggest names stepped out at the American Music Awards in LA tonight. The ladies, including Kelly Rowland, Christina Aguilera, and Nicki Minaj, brought the glamour with their red-carpet looks. Performer and nominee Taylor Swift sparkled in a Zuhair Murad mini while Pink, who arrived with husband Carey Hart, went long in Catherine Deane. Carrie Underwood chose a colorful lace look by Abed Mahfouz before taking the stage to perform during the show. Gwen Stefani switched things up in an embellished Balmain jacket and leather leggings as she arrived with her No Doubt bandmates, and Jordin Sparks showed skin in a cutout Etro gown on the arm of boyfriend Jason Derulo. Justin Bieber brought his mom to the show after spending time with on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez over the weekend. Pink and Carey held hands and had a laugh together as they made their way into the show. She had a long day prepping for the event, and earlier today, she shared a picture of herself getting ready with her hair and makeup team. She also gave a peek at a bottle of Veuve Cliquot she'd been sent. Pink declined to sample it, though, tweeting, "Thanks guys — but a little early for mama!" Although Pink is not nominated for an award, she will perform tonight. Pink's slated to take the stage, as are Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and more.

Pink ditched her usually punky dress code for something a little more glam on tonight's red carpet. Her signature coif was intact, but in place of a thigh-high hemline, the performer went long and bronzed in a laser-cut leather and chiffon gown by Catherine Deane. We love the mix of hard and soft; Pink paid homage to her rocker style with a leather bodice, while the pleated chiffon skirt stayed a little more femme. To finish it off, she looked to metallic jewel-drop earrings and a couple of understated diamond bangles. As for the footwear, she kept it coordinated with bronzed peep-toe platforms.
