Pirates Bumps Spidey Out of Top Spot

Tobey Maguire and his fiancee Jennifer headed to Fred Segal with the newest member of their family this holiday weekend (where our very own Dear was lucky enough to spot them!). Tobey looks pretty tired but considering he just got back from promoting Spider-Man 3 all over the world we don't blame him. Too bad Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End just broke the 6 day worldwide box office record by pulling in $404 million, knocking Spidey out of the top spot. Perhaps spending some special time with his ladies helped ease the pain.
