Would You Like to See Robert and Kristen Star Together in a Non-Twilight Film?

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been focused on promoting their third Twilight film, but there's mounting speculation that the pair may team up for a movie not related to the vampire franchise. Summit Entertainment acquired the rights to Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, which led some to speculate that Robert and Kristen may sign on to star. A rep from the company said, "Sure, if one or both of them wanted to and the role made sense, why not? But we are a very long ways away from even thinking about all that." That may not be the project Robert and Kristen choose, but it has us wondering — would you like to see Robert and Kristen star together in a non-Twilight film?

I have ZERO intrest in seeing these work together on another project when Twilight is done...at least not for a couple years. Isn't 5 movies with one franchise a little overkill? I understand people liking their chemistry but after 5 films give it a rest! Same thing with Brad and Angie....after Mr. & Mrs. Smith I had ZERO intrest in seeing them back together on screen but now that its been some time...so I wouldn't mind seeing them together again on film.

Agree with # 43. Diversity is a key. How somebody can be tiered of a certain actor? Who forces you to watch it? I think you still have to PAY to watch the T. saga. I id not see it on public tv. It is truth about a few owning the whole industry. Not just show biz. And , yes, music talent is more objective than acting.

Different strokes for different folks. Does everybody likes the same singer or kind of music? NO. Does everybody likes the same books, fashion or whatever? NO. That's what makes the world interesting. So this whole argument about who's a better actor is pointless. You like who you like. I personally don't give a rat's behind what critics think, bc they all work for competing media outlets who are interconnected with the movie industry, and therefore ALL HAVE AN AGENDA. Let's not forget this country is a COMPLETE MONOPOLY owned by the very few. Saying someone is a bad actor is not an insult really. It's not like you're saying they're a bad SCIENTIST, DOCTOR, LAWYER, WRITER etc.(you know things that require brains). You're just saying they're a "bad pretendor". I think Rob should not abandon his music for "pretending." That to me is more of a real talent.

PEOPLE, what is the matter with you? Is it raining where you live?/Different stroke fro different folks. Everybody has his audience. #30 Kristen never met Bill Condon. Rob plays in a few movies now based on really great books, bestsellers. "Water for E" read the book and you see that the film can turn into an epic production, since it follows life of a man from childhood to old age. It can get an Oscar nomination. His other movie BA. read the book, it is classic. He has some great roles beside Edward and, yes, as soon as he is kissing (and there is plenty of kissing in WFE and more) the fat teens and their moms would go and see the movie. Don't be bitter. The world is wide open and for grasp. Personally, I do not understand why Robert is currently hanging out with the elephants and all that dirt. He could just making movies kissing Stewart and many would just pay to see it. There is something so beautifully seductive, innocent in their close encounters that would make the fat teen and those 5'10" and 138 lbs to pay top bucks to see them. In conclusion let me say this; Not only they should make more movies theater- Rob and Kris should make it their exclusive career (I mean kissing and petting or OTHER stuff). How about that?

Maybe- but their roles would have to be the total opposite from Edward and Bella. It would be interesting to watch them interact under different circumstances. But I agree, if they were to do that, they should wait a few years before doing a project like that together. "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" adapted into a film sounds absolutely terrible.

To Rob's crazily obsessed fans: You are so rude, crazy and out of line that Harry Potter fans, Johnny Depp fans, Avatar fans .... and more fans start to hate Rob. I see more and more negative comments against. You insult and bash every actor compared to him. The fact that Hollywood is not always about fans, definitely not about crazy fans. Look at Avatar, a high box office movie with no recognition or award. And so far, both of his movies "Little Ashes" and "Remember Me" have worst reviews. So, behave yourself, you drive him crazy; example is his rude comment to Emma Roberts.

It's interesting. Yes votes 80 %, No votes 20 %. Yes comments about 10 %, No comments 90 %. So, the Rob and Kristen haters feel the urge to case their point to hate them. Hmmmm. I say , if they have chance to make more films, we have the chance to adjudge their talent or no talent.

@3 Kristen riding Rob to the A-list? Ha! Who's going to get him there because he's nowhere near it. She was the first cast in Twilight because Emile Hirsch rec'd her to Catherine Hardwicke. Kristen is the one working with Coppola and she's the reason Bill Condon took Breaking Dawn. Rob will always be Edward Cullen and nothing else. At least Taylor has an action career and abs to fall back on. What does Rob have? Stupid, fat, stalker fan girls who don't go see any movie he doesn't play Edward in. Good luck to him. As for the answer to the question, no. I don't want them to do any movie together. Five twilight films will be plenty.

No. Robert Pattinson sucks. He's destined to be a two time Razzie nominee for 2011. I'm still torn on who will be gone faster, him or Zac Efron. Kristen will get the big awards for her acting and have the real career. I want her to work with young actors that have an actual future or actors with cred. I watch Twilight for her so I don't care about the constipated looking cancer patient who plays her love interest. I hope they don't see each other after this Twi mess ends.

Please no! These two don't have chemistry, they both look like they need to go to the bathroom when they are trying to be sexy. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart can't act and will never pull off a movie that revolves only about them. Summit needs to get older more mature actors.
