Elle Macpherson's 3-year-old son was baptised in Rome this weekend and check out who was on the guest list. Posh strutted her stuff straight to the Italian chapel in a mini puffy dress. She looks like a doll in this outfit. She has definitely stepped up her style and seriously improved her look, however, this may not be the most appropriate attire for a church ceremony.

I think that she looks great here but it is an inappropriate outfit to wear to a christening.

Gorgeous dress! But I'm really suprised they let her go into the chapel dressed like that! The Italians are very strict on church dress & I don't think bare legs & cleavage fits the bill!

All I see is big glasses, big boobs, big skirt! Other than that the outfit is lovely..not for a christening,, unless it was for a yacht.. maybe she was confused from lack of food.

it must be really exhausting having to wear so many clothes everyday just incase someone has seen u in it before! She must loadss of clothes! thats her job to look good, but eat woman!

I think she looks nice here... not for a christening, however... but at least she dresses nice and covers up her anorexic skinniess/bad coloring with fake boobs and tan skin. hahaha, kidding... POSH, EAT SOME FISH AND CHIPS, STAT!

tyffi i was thinking about that too. i dont know the exact rules but a lot of churches wont allow you in if youre sleeveless etc/

What? She got into a Romian chapel dressed like that? Last time I was in Rome they refused to let me in the church because my skirt I was wearing then was ending a centimeter above my knees. *sighs* Maybe I should've said I'm Posh Spice! *lol*

Not an appropriate outfit to wear to chruch, but she looks fabulous as usual! I'm loving the outfit ( I'd wear it to a party or something) and her chic hairstyle, and her lip gloss. Posh is just so stylish. What I wouldn't give to have her fashion sense and her wardrobe. She can keep her hot hubby...I just want her clothes! LOL

She kinda looks like a Barbi doll dressed up in one of her cute little outfits, with her teeny tiny waist and perfect legs. She is definitely working the outfit, but I don't really think it is appropriate for church.
