Gisele Bundchen walked home from her Boston gym this morning sporting sweatpants and a tank that clung to her growing baby bump. The supermodel is keeping up her workout plan during her pregnancy. She's a well-known martial arts devotee, and the top she wore this morning had the name of a kung fu studio emblazoned on the chest.

This will be Gisele's second child with her husband, Tom Brady. The duo had Benjamin in 2009, and Gisele is also stepmother to Tom's eldest son, Jack Moynahan. The growing Bundchen-Brady family are stationed in Boston as the football season kicks off, but over the Summer, Gisele spent some time in her native Brazil and in Costa Rica with Ben.
