Pregnant Kate Middleton Attends Royal Pre-Christmas Lunch

Pregnant Kate Middleton made an appearance at a special pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace yesterday. Kate and her husband, Prince William, arrived separately, but they were later spotted leaving together in the same car. Prince Charles also attended the event with his wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and other members of the royal family.
