Dakota Fanning as the Volturi's Jane — Creepy or Cool?

Summit Entertainment has released the latest set of promotional photos from New Moon, this time of the Volturi clan which includes star Dakota Fanning as the evil Jane. We saw a glimpse of Dakota's character yesterday but here she's in her full vampire persona. So tell us what you think of the usually innocent-looking Dakota Fanning as Jane — creepy or cool?

Cool! I love it.. I didn't like it initially when I heard that Dakota was playing the role, but now that I've seen her I think I'm definitely going to like it!

She looks creepy, but that's the whole point. I love it. I was a little undecided when I first heard it was her since I'm used to young, innocent Dakota but now I can tell it was the right choice.

not a fan of twilightdom, watched the first movie out of curiosity but now i kinda want to watch the rest because of jackson rathbone and dakota fanning and especially because it's a different director.

creepy cool, I mean her character is seriously nasty,and she couldn't have been that young in the book because of the whole child-vampire rules -> don't want to be too explicit, so not to spoil it for anyone

I don't follow this book series, but she looks beautiful as a vamp, and is indeed probably the most talented of the cast.

They don't really mention Jane's age in the book, but it is implied that she's younger.None the less,this is almost how I envisioned Jane when I read the book.

Am I misremembering, or was Jane supposed to be much younger? I thought she looked like she was 8 or 9, not a teen.
